Interior Painting Services Delivered With Precision With Select Exterior And Specialty Services Available.
Service Area
15 mile radius from 60640 (Ravenswood/Uptown, Chicago). Service available in areas beyond 15 miles from 60640 but it will be a bit more expensive to service those clients due to additional travel time and costs. I’ve done work as far as Lake Geneva, WI but it was expensive for the client and I generally don’t recommend it. Local helps us both in keeping prices affordable.
Interior Painting
The guts of the operation. From light repair work like patching nail holes in walls, light sanding work to painting ceilings, walls, trim, doors and windows, this is the majority of my operation.
Restoration work
Chicago has some old homes with many layers of paint. Whether you need things fully stripped or are just trying to make things look a little better without breaking the bank, I can help you in achieving that goal.
Something I can’t Do?
As much as I try, I can’t do everything but will do my best to put you in contact with other trusted professionals to ensure your needs are met.
Other Services
Trim installation, light drywall installation and taping, spray painting, window restoration, drywall refinishing, wallpaper removal, and more. Ask me.
I don’t see any prices
Every job is unique and I feel it is unfair to to either my clients or myself to throw out numbers arbitrarily since so many variables go into pricing a job. Please contact me (708)407-6558 to schedule a free estimate so you can get a price on everything requested.
Exterior Painting
By special request I can take care of some exterior paint projects for you. Just ask.
